Don't buy a phone here. Go anywhere else. They lie to u so that you'll order a phone and nothing they say is right. I had to file a complaint with Verizon because they didn't credit my account for the phone I traded in. The plan they quoted was higher and they refused to give me the cord that goes with the new phone. Will never go back.

CJ and Todd are the best representatives of any company I have dealt with. I was having trouble with the big Verizon stores and stopped into RadioActive on a whim. These gentlemen took care of the phone problem in a matter of minutes and I walked out of there store a very satisfied customer. There were no high pressure sales or deals like the BIG Verizon stores just honest details as to what I needed. RadioActive is the place to go to get the right phone service for you. Sales person straight up lied to us saying that our galaxy S9+ is not compatible with Verizon anymore so the only way to switch is to buy a new phone trying to get us to buy from his store. Of course we didn't believe him and called customer support and was able to switch it over. Very crummy way to conduct business.

Great experience! Talked to them at the Home and Garden Show in 2020 but due to Covid we had to delay everything. We went back this year and talked to them again. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We just had a indoor/outdoor sound system installed and it sounds great! Install team of Aaron and Drew were super friendly, even as my 2 year old was following them around constantly asking what they were doing! We will definitely be using them again!

Consider this a zero star I couldn’t be more upset my bill was estimated to go up only 11$ and some change I look at my Verizon account today and my bill is almost 80$ more than my original monthly I had to go to a real Verizon store to have them fi it will not be shopping here again.

The Radioactive team was a god send. They were able to install speakers throughout my entire home, which also included a sound bar and surround sound in the living room(12 speakers total). They also ran 100s of feet of network cable. This impressed me the most because I have a finished home so they had to fish the wires behind the walls. I’ve been told this is a very difficult task but they made it look easy! I don’t think I could have found another team as experienced and professional as they were. It was great to work with a team that provided excellent advice for every single step of the project. I was able to sit back and relax while having full faith in their procurement and installation process. Oh and they came in at a price that was less than 1/2 of what Best Buy was quoting. I highly recommend Matt Smith and his team!
